Madison Police Department Chief Mike Koval held a press conference Friday in an attempt to find more information in relation to last week’s homicide outside of O’Grady’s Irish Pub.
Koval said Martez Moore’s funeral was also Friday, 10 days after he was murdered. He was 30 years old. He was the victim of one of four homicides this year.
Koval noted that MPD believes around 20 witnesses were present at the event. However, they have been unable to identify a suspect.
MPD released the identities of William Flowers, 25, Billy Richmond, 35, and Travis Smith Jr., 28. They are wanted on violent, unrelated charges, according to Koval.
He said MPD is looking for those individuals because they are certain they have information about the event. Anyone who has information related to these men or the homicide are encouraged to call Madison Crime Stoppers, which offers up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest, at 608-266-6014.
