Associated Students of Madison Chair Jessica Miller will appear on today's episode of Oprah, which will include a panel discussion on the subject of whether the United States should go to war.
Miller said she wants to contribute a student's perspective to the discussions about how the United States should react to the Sept. 11 attacks.
'They're basically looking at students our age [who] don't really have a voice in what's going on, and they wanted to have someone there,' Miller said. 'They may get to me, they may not.'
Miller was also interviewed by Dateline NBC for Sunday's airing, offering her thoughts on how the terrorist attacks affected college campuses.
An interview ran in Wednesday's issue of the Los Angeles Times, she added.
Miller said one of her main concerns is that people are reacting with patriotism to a mission that remains undefined.
