However, Leggin made it to one of the final rounds of the game after plowing successfully through the first several periods. He was eventually beaten out by the final two contestants, one of whom went on to win more than $100,000 in the winner-takes-all match.
""You really can't dwell on it because, hey, it's just a game show,"" Leggin said of his loss. ""But it would have been nice to have the money.""
The strangest part, according to Leggin, was seeing himself on a national TV show.
""It's weird seeing yourself on TV,"" said Leggin, who works as office manager at The Daily Cardinal. ""But it's kind of neat to watch the process unfold.\
