A UW-Stout student was charged with a felony Monday after allegedly having pipe bombs in his room, the Associated Press reported.
Nineteen-year-old Jeremy Prange was charged with possessing an improvised explosive, almost two weeks after police found 11 explosives in his dorm room.
The bombs were made of PVC piping and gunpowder and police said earlier that there was no indication Prange had used any of them.
