A representative from the UW-Madison administration and Tommie Jones, the student member of the UW System Board of Regents, spoke Thursday at the Associated Students of Madison Spring Town Hall Meeting.
The two addressed the System's current budget situation.
ASM representatives said they believe the cuts the System received from the state are too extensive and opposed the proposed tuition increase. They also support maintaining current financial aid levels.
