Dane County Circuit Court Judge William Foust ruled Wednesday there is probable cause to try former UW-Madison student Meng-Ju Wu with murdering three men in Verona last summer, according to The Capital Times.

Wu faces three counts of first degree homicide. Prosecutors gave evidence at his preliminary hearing, which began Nov. 25 and continued Wednesday, linking Wu circumstantially to the murders. Foust cited this evidence in his decision.

Beth Porior, ASM representative from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, noted the 80 Bus System is overcrowded at this time of year.

ASM Representative Frank Hernandez, however, said he did not find this to be a problem.

\I've been very happy with the buses I ride. ... Even when it's crowded people make room for anyone,"" he said.

Hernandez also mentioned cellular phone use in the libraries as a problem for some. He said a student complained a staff member became physical and ejected him from the library for using his cellular phone.

""Some of the staff members come out and kind of let you have it,"" Hernandez said.

To commemorate the centennial of UW-Madison's Agricultural Hall at the top of Henry Mall on Linden Drive, the UW-Madison Babcock Dairy Plant has introduced a new ice cream flavor named Ag Hallberries on Henry Malt.

The ice cream is a combination of a pink, sweet cranberry-based ice cream, malted milk balls and a ribbon of fudge.
