In parody of a comment by Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Britain's Plain English Campaign awarded him the \Foot in Mouth"" prize Monday, according to CNN.com. 

 

 

 

""We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns-the ones we don't know we don't know,"" Rumsfeld said at a news briefing on the hunt for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Spokesman for the campaign John Lister told CNN.com the public never knows what Rumsfeld means, which is why his campaign nominated him for the award. 

 

 

 

Police arrested a man in Grand Forks, North Dakota Monday evening in connection with the disappearance of a 22-year-old University of North Dakota college student, according to CNN.com. 

 

 

 

Police took 50-year-old Alfonso Rodriguez, Jr., of Crookston, Minn., into custody after the North Dakota attorney's office issued an arrest warrant for him on a kidnapping charge.  

 

 

 

University of North Dakota senior Dru Sjodin disappeared Nov. 22, and police say they are still searching for her.  

 

 

 

Authorities suspect Sjodin was abducted while talking on her cellular phone to her boyfriend after finishing a shift at a Victoria's Secret store in Grand Forks.
