Police arrested the other suspect, Ricardo Ponce, Jan. 24. Ponce, 23, was charged with false imprisonment, intimidation of victim and sexual assault.

Madison Police Sgt. Karen Krahn, who filed the report, said in the statement the investigation is continuing.

The Republican-controlled state Assembly delayed the vote on a possible override of Gov. Jim Doyle's veto of a bill allowing concealed weapons to Tuesday, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The Republicans had originally slated the vote for Jan. 27, and then pushed it back to today \at the earliest.""

The rescheduling prompted Democrats to say Republicans do not have the required two-thirds majority, or 66 votes, to successfully override Doyle's veto.

Should the Assembly override Doyle, it would be the first time the state Legislature has overidden the governor in more than 17 years.

The concealed carry bill would allow concealed weapons in public places.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation received a flood of complaints from Kansas City, Mo. and Washington D.C. Wednesday about an internet virus.

The e-mail, not actually sent by the FDIC, includes an infectious link, according to a press release.

The e-mail claims Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge informed the FDIC that the recipient is in violation of the USA Patriot Act and access to their deposit insurance will be denied, the press release said.

The FDIC is currently seeking the origins of the e-mail and encouraged recipients to send information regarding its content to alert@fdic.gov.
