University Health Services updated its Web site Wednesday to include safety tips for students vacationing over spring break.
The site encourages students to plan their alcohol intakes ahead of time, employ a buddy system so friends can warn partygoers when their intakes are excessive, and eat before consuming alcohol. It also recommends alternating between alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The site says UHS distributes free condoms and sells larger packages of them. It encourages students to get emergency contraception by calling UHS at 265-5600 or after hours at 265-8200.
