Following Feb. 11th charges of misdemeanor battery, UW-Madison sophomore men's basketball player Maurice \Boo"" Wade pled guilty Thursday to the lesser offense of disorderly conduct as well as violating his bail, according to The Capital Times.
Wade will be put in the Deferred Prosecution program, which he must complete or face up to 90 days in jail and a $1000 fine for disorderly conduct and nine months in jail and a $10,000 fine for jumping bail.

A new incident involving a second woman was brought before the court Thursday but will be considered in sentencing if Wade is brought back.
An earlier requirement for Wade to make no contact with his victim was lifted on her request.
