The Madison Police Department will be holding its annual community meeting to discuss this Saturday's Mifflin Street Block Party today at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Senior Center, 330 W. Mifflin St.
Community members, police and city officials will discuss plans to keep the Mifflin Street neighborhood and those attending the party safe.
Police have already started inspecting balconies in the area and have imposed a four-keg-per-house limit in hopes of reducing the risk for the party to turn riotous.
All Madison residents are invited to attend the meeting.
The UW-Madison Homecoming Committee announced it is looking for students to design the 2004 Homecoming logo.

The winning logo will be displayed during Homecoming Week 2004, and the winning artist will receive VIP treatment during Homecoming Week.
