University Health Services and the Campus Information and Visitor Center are co-sponsoring \Stress Relief Week"" May 3 through May 7 for UW-Madison students.
On Library Mall Monday between 2 and 4 p.m., students will have a chance to dye T-shirts, make stress-relief balls, interact with dogs as a stress minimizer and receive free smoothies from Jamba Juice at the Red Gym after 3 p.m.
Starting Tuesday, free massages and massage lessons will be available from 3:30 to 5:30 in the Red Gym.
Wednesday, CIVC and UHS will sponsor a study-tip class at 7 p.m. in the Red Gym, and Thursday, students may find stress relief with a free martial arts class at 7:30 p.m., also in the Red Gym.
The week will wrap up with more free smoothies and kickboxing, yoga and meditation classes Friday.
