'Tis the season!
Unfortunately for most of us, though, it's the season for cumulative projects, giant term papers and all-around end-of-semester stress. Nary a sugarplum dances in our heads; instead, we dream anxiously about
showing up for our last final only to realize it happened yesterday. Many students simply don't have the time, resources or transportation to enjoy the holidays as they might at home.
Plus, with so much on our plates this time of year, Christmas shopping pretty much becomes an afterthought. Gifts for Mom and Dad tend to consist of the latest Steve & Barry's fashions, generally purchased an hour after the last final and an hour before heading home. And shopping for roommates? Forget it-they're getting the rent check in their stockings.
