I only want one thing from every woman I date: intelligence. I am greedy for women who are studying some strange and unusual quantum irregularity or can detail the bones of the body off the top of their heads. I tingle for those pursuing Ph.D's, MD's, JD's or even BS degrees with titles that please. Ergo, I am happy to report to those who share my desire for the enlightened members of the fairer and more delicious sex that smart women are taking over. They are not only increasing in education of educated, but putting my fellow men to shame.
According to an online report, it seems women have begun to exceed men in college, not only exceed in some minor capacity of grades in college, but in getting into college as well. The article, which shocked and amazed this poor lad, went on to say that there were hints of colleges practicing affirmative action for men. Behold the age in which we live that men of all races, paces and religions become the affected minority in what was until recently a male bastion: college.
Women are becoming the thinkers and makers in society. A society runs by technology and information, which the article seems to indicate is the antithesis of the natural male biology. We are man and therefore predestined for disaster. The trend is that the educated woman takes a job requiring a degree, be it government or corporate, and the male goes without. If one believes in karmic retribution, then surely woman is having hers upon us men.
So we bask in the future of the house husband, the man who has no degree, or a lesser one, and therefore takes care of hearth and home while his wife brings home the bacon. This fact is made even more pronounced by the loss of those industries requiring no higher degree and McJobs fast becoming the only non-bachelor's degree positions available. Our CEOs will all be Ms.'s and our janitors and maids will all be Mr.'s. Soon enough we shall find ourselves in the era of the female president, since percentage-wise, females will be most qualified.
It could be that men have one last laugh in this turn of the tide. Educated women will find it harder and harder to locate a mate with a similar level of education. The best, brightest and most beautiful may have to eventually \settle"" for what they can find, unless of course society might want to worry about this.
Perhaps we can go back to our schools and somehow make it possible for everyone to study their way into a college education and a higher degree program or find some third solution that is beyond this simple man's capability to suggest. My fellow men might want to study until their eyes burn out of their sockets and encourage our younger brothers to do the same, so they have a chance at the jobs and women of tomorrow.
We could worry now, study now and prepare now, so that in the future we men won't become permanently second place, because personally, the only thing I find worth saving in this future coming to pass is being surrounded with a never-ending supply of intelligent women with big, beautiful brains.
