Buffalo Wings
Ingredients:
24 chicken wings
4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter
2-5 tsp. hot sauce
Salt (opt.)
1 tsp. white vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Cut off tips and separate each wing at the joint. Add salt and pepper for taste. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot, then cook half the wings for about ten minutes until crisp. Remove and drain the wings after they're cooked and repeat for remaining wings.
Also, melt butter in a saucepan, then add the hot sauce and vinegar. Drench wings with the hot sauce. To win over the crowd, add blue cheese dressing and celery sticks to the line-up.
Nacho Dip

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can chili with beans
