Google case brings new meaning to \intellectual property\

After Google's recent ethics predicament in the case of censoring searches in China, the legality of the search engine's results in general now faces challenges.

As the online giant has expanded from simple text searches to images, video and more, boundaries for the protection for intellectual property have been drawn.

Although Google is appealing the case, in the meantime Perfect 10 has an injunction keeping its images from being displayed on the search engine.

As the case awaits trial, Google users might opt to use the 'I'm feeling lucky' feature in their searches to avoid breaking any 'intellectual property' laws.
