Keeping with his style, Matt Nathanson put on a show last Thursday that left a good impression of the newly remodeled Majestic Theater in the minds of attendees.
Playing a large part off of his new album _Some Mad Hope_ while keeping with fan favorites such as Angel"" and ""I Saw"", Nathanson made sure every person in the crowd left with a smile on their face.
While most of the crowd knew every word of every song, even those who did not have his entire discography committed to memory had a good time. Energy and hilarity, two cornerstones of the vocal aspects of his show, melded perfectly throughout the set of melancholy songs sung with rolling eyes and looks of old memories.
For those of you who missed the largely packed show there is the 2006 live acoustic album, _At the Point_. Although listeners do not get the same experience as a live show, the vibe's still there.
