Police arrested a person of interest in the Park Street homicide case Monday and released the victim's name.
The victim was Clifton Jones Jr., 23, of Madison, according to the police report.
Jones was killed in an apparent homicide early Sunday at a BP service station, Madison Police Captain Joe Balles said.

An autopsy confirmed Jones died from a stab wound, according to the report.
Police arrested 27-year-old Bernard J. Brown of Madison on a probation warrant, Madison Police Department Spokesperson Joel DeSpain said.
Brown was arrested on Allied Drive without incident, according to DeSpain.
