Madison police arrested a rowdy bar patron early Wednesday morning for punching two Kollege Klub employees before being restrained by bouncers, according to a police report.
At approximately 1:44 a.m., Andrew Lochmann, 22, of Sarona, WI, was reportedly shouting obscenities and “stomping” around the downtown hotspot, located at 529 N. Lake St., when several employees told him to control his behavior, Madison Police Department spokesperson Joel DeSpain said in a statement.
The suspect made a number of “bizarre statements,” going as far as threatening to kill bar employees and police personnel, according to the report.
After the outburst, the MPD arrested Lochmann for battery, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to DeSpain.
