Engineering Hall was not damaged Sunday evening after a steam leak set off the building’s fire alarm, according to a University of Wisconsin-Madison spokesperson.
University of Wisconsin-Madison Police Department confirmed at approximately 9:30 p.m. Sunday a steam leak set off the fire alarm in Engineering Hall.
UW-Madison spokesperson Susannah Brooks said after investigating the scene, UWPD and the Madison Fire Department reported everything was fine after a walk through the building. She added classes will resume as normal.
