While the young woman was talking to her mother on the phone, one of the two alleged thieves grabbed her iPhone, according to Madison Police Department spokesperson Joel DeSpain.
The two suspects, whom police describe as African American males between 5’10” and 5’11” and who were wearing dark clothing, ran toward Langdon Street after the robbery, according to DeSpain.
