Ben Relles, a UW alumnus and the head of programming strategy at YouTube, will talk with students and community members at this year’s Wisconsin Rewind Lecture Thursday.
Relles graduated from UW-Madison in 1997, the same year he started his first company, MarketVision. He later went on to create his YouTube channel, Barely Political, which soon caught the attention of YouTube professionals.
Relles was also recently named a 2013 winner of the Wisconsin Alumni Association’s Forward Under 40 Award.
The Wisconsin Rewind Lecture brings an alumni back to campus during Homecoming Week. This year the WAA is partnering with the Distinguished Lecture Series to host the free lecture.
The lecture will take place at 5 p.m. in Tripp Commons at the Memorial Union.
