Filmmaker Joe Clarke said University of Wisconsin-Madison students would be able to relate to the dating challenges depicted in his latest film, which will play at The Marquee at Union South Wednesday evening.
“The Formula” is a movie about two engineering students who discover a mathematical formula that can be used to determine who to date.
The film is a humorous “coming-of-age” story about dating in your 20s, according to Clarke.
Clarke said the film screening at Union South is part of a national tour of universities across the country, and his team included Madison in the tour because of its reputation as a “great college town.”
“The Formula” will screen at The Marquee at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, and filmmakers will host a question and answer session following the film.
