Aaron Brower named interim chancellor for UW Colleges, UW-Extension

The University of Wisconsin System announced Friday that Aaron Brower will serve as interim chancellor of University of Wisconsin Colleges and University of Wisconsin-Extension, taking over for Raymond Cross who was recently named the new UW System President.

“Ray has set us on a great track, and I look forward to continuing our prominence and impact through UW Colleges and UW-Extension across the state,” Brower said in the statement.

Brower will serve in the position until the the Board of Regents chooses a permanent candidate for the chancellor position. A search-and-screen process for the new chancellor is currently being developed by regent members, according to the release.
