The 300 block of West Dayton Street will be closed to through traffic between North Broom Street and North Henry Street from 2 a.m. until 12 p.m., Feb. 22, according to a Madison city news release.
JH Findorff & Son Inc. and their subcontractors will lay out a “large portion” of concrete to initiate construction for their Ovation 309 project, a 14-floor mixed-use living center, according to the Findorff website.
Traffic on the 300 block of West Johnson Street will be reduced to one lane with an open bike lane. Parking and traffic on the 100 and 200 blocks of North Henry Street will be prohibited during the closure.
Local vehicle access from the west on the 300 block of West Dayton Street will be open to access residencies and Overture Center Parking, according to the release.
Pedestrian traffic will be maintained on the south side of West Dayton Street and to all residencies.
