On a warm spring evening in Madison, two unsuspecting young adults were enjoying a peaceful evening at the park. Then, without warning, the night took an interesting turn.
The Madison Police Department arrested 52-year-old Madison resident James Cobb for exposing himself Sunday evening in Olbrich Park, according to an incident report.
Two citizens, a 28-year-old woman and 31-year-old man, reported seeing Cobb in the park along Atwood Avenue, according to the report. MPD found him in the park, and he was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior.
