A Madison Police Department officer arrested a Madison teen for battery after he attacked a cognitively disabled teen Monday morning near LaFollete High School, according to a MPD report.
The confrontation started when the victim almost ran into the attacker, 17-year-old Ki-Juan Brooks, with his bike.
Witnesses reported Brooks stomped on and punched the 18-year-old victim multiple times, according to the report.
An adult stopped the assault when he came outside and told Brooks he was going to call the police.
The assault occurred on Pflaum Road near Adler Road.
