The alleged assailant, Kenneth M. Plaisted, is a 20-year-old UW-Madison student from Cedarburg. Police arrested him for the assault of a female UW student, who was driven to UWPD by a local food delivery driver after she was sexually assaulted early in the morning of Oct. 25.
