Steve Hahn will continue his involvement with the university as the new vice provost for enrollment management at UW-Madison.
Hahn previously served as the interim vice provost after Joanne Berg’s retirement in June 2013 and the assistant dean for admissions and academic services of UW-Madison’s Graduate School, according to a university release.
"I'm very honored to be selected and I'm excited to continue working with the talented and dedicated leadership and staff of the Division of Enrollment Management," Hahn said in the release.
Hahn’s role will involve developing a management plan for undergraduate enrollment and overseeing the Division of Enrollment Management, which will be reported to Provost Sarah Mangelsdorf.
"We are fortunate to have someone with Steve's talent and skills for this vital role," Mangelsdorf said. "His leadership will continue to benefit UW-Madison."
