The Board of Regents is under new management after electing a new president and vice president Friday, according to a UW System release.
Former vice president Regina Millner was elected as the new president of the UW System Board of Regents, replacing Michael Falbo.
Regent John Behling will hold the vice president position, after working as a regent since 2012.
Millner was also appointed in 2012, after a 30-year career working as a lawyer and commercial real estate consultant and being involved with the Wisconsin Alumni Association and UW-Madison Athletic Board.
Behling is the executive vice president of regulatory affairs and general counsel for an industrial sand supplier and was the vice president of the Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci law firm.
Both positions were elected unanimously and will serve a one-year term.
