The UW System started the second phase of its strategic planning process Thursday by releasing an online survey to the Wisconsin public.
The survey aims to gauge a collective opinion on current statewide topics, based off data collected from a series of 13 listening sessions held around the state by the UW System, according to a System release.
Participants can prioritize how they feel about a variety of topics, such as the UW System’s ability to “train a highly skilled workforce,” but does not request them to rank ideas against each other.
“The strategic planning process continues to benefit from strong public participation and stakeholder input,” said UW System President Ray Cross in the release. “Participants have shown a vested interest in the University of Wisconsin System and appreciate the opportunity to be part of the conversation. They provided many excellent ideas for us, and their guidance will continue to be an important part of the process moving forward.”
