A Madison man was arrested after allegedly groping a female hairstylist last week, according to a Madison Police Department incident report.
The victim told police that 53-year-old Bruce C. Mickelson touched her inappropriately more than once while she was cutting and shampooing his hair at Cost Cutters on South Gammon Road on Madison’s west side.
Mickelson was charged with fourth degree sexual contact without consent, according to MPD Public Information Officer Joel DeSpain.
