Madison Fire Department is on Lake Mendota working to rescue a boat that lost engine power and started taking on water, according to a Dane County Public Safety communications duty supervisor.
The supervisor said a boat ran out of gas. He also said he was not aware of any injuries and that MFD was still working to save the passengers on the boat.
No injuries have been reported.
