Man drops his pants in front of car on Gilman Street

A man dropped his pants and exposed himself to the passengers of a car on the 400 block of Gilman Street Saturday night.

According to a Madison Police Department incident report, the suspect stepped in front of the car in the middle of the road. A husband, wife and their four children were all inside the car.

After initially dropping his pants, the suspect approached the passenger side window, where the wife told him “There are kids in here.” The suspect replied, “Good for you” and made sexually derogatory comments to the children, according to the report.

The wife then told the suspect she was calling the police. The suspect pulled his pants down a few more times in response before walking away from the vehicle.

According to the police, the suspect is Hispanic and in his 20s, with long hair worn pulled back. He has not been located.
