Trump tells early voters to change their ballots in Eau Claire rally

Donald Trump told voters in Eau Claire Tuesday that they should change their early vote to support his campaign after the FBI reopened an investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server while as Secretary of State.

Wisconsin’s so-called “spoiled ballot” law allows voters to change any aspect of their ballot up to three times without giving a reason.

“You can change your vote for Trump,” the business mogul told Democrats “suffering buyer’s remorse” who have already cast their ballot for Clinton.

“A lot of stuff has come out since you voted,” the Republican nominee said.

FBI Director James Comey said Friday that his agency would examine new emails found on Clinton aide Huma Abedin’s computer as part of a probe into a private email server used by Clinton as Secretary of State.

Trump said the controversy made her unfit to be president.

“The American people are the victims of this rigged and corrupt system,” Trump said. “This is your one chance to change it.”

Trump’s visit to UW-Eau Claire was his fifth of the general election and his campaign has indicated he will be back again before Election Day.

On this visit, he was joined by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., and former Indiana basketball coach Bobby Knight. All echoed Trump’s rhetoric, saying Clinton would not bring prosperity to states like Wisconsin.

“If you’re looking for change, Secretary Clinton and Sen. [Russ] Feingold are not going to create it,” Johnson said.

In contrast, Trump proclaimed he would take on the Washington establishment.

“This is our country,” Trump said. “This is unacceptable in America. I will fix it.”
