Coming off a sweep of Bemidji State last weekend, the No. 1 Wisconsin women’s hockey team (4-0-0-0 WCHA, 10-0-0 overall) will battle the Minnesota Golden Gophers (5-1-0-0 WHCA, 9-1-0 overall) this weekend. The two Border Battle rivals will face off at Ritter Arena in Minneapolis.
The Wisconsin Badgers women’s hockey team (3-0-0 WCHA, 10-0-0 overall) took down the Bemidji State Beavers (2-2-0 WCHA, 3-4-1 overall) by a score of 4-1 on Sunday afternoon, completing a weekend sweep.

The No. 1 Wisconsin Badger women’s hockey team (6-0-0, 2-0-0 WCHA) swept the No. 8 Ohio State Buckeyes (4-2-0, 0-0-2 WCHA) in their away series this weekend. The win on Saturday marked head coach Mark Johnson’s 500th career win as a Wisconsin women’s hockey coach, making him the first NCAA women’s hockey coach to reach that milestone.
The first-ranked Wisconsin Badgers women’s hockey team (4-0-0 overall) and the eighth-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes (4-0-0 overall) face off for their first matchup of the season this weekend in a rematch of last year’s WCHA semifinal. In their last matchup, Wisconsin took home a 3-2 victory.
