The infamously dangerous intersection at John Nolen Drive, South Blair, East Wilson and Williamson streets Downtown is to undergo a massive reconstruction project.
The city council will provide $700k in one-time grants towards eight nonprofit organizations that primarily serve Latinx communities of undocumented immigrants in the Madison area.
