No. 6 Wisconsin volleyball faced Michigan State at the Fieldhouse on Nov.30 to cap off the regular season and Big Ten play. With third place in the Big Ten already secured, the Badgers still played their starters on senior night, aiming to maintain a high NCAA tournament seed.
The No. 7 Wisconsin Badgers volleyball team faced off against the No. 2 Nebraska Cornhuskers in one of the most anticipated matchups of the season at the UW Field House on Friday.
The No. 8 Wisconsin Badgers outlasted the No. 11 Oregon Ducks in a four-set match at the Fieldhouse on Oct. 18. This game was a rematch of last year's quarterfinals, where the then-No. 1 Badgers defeated the then-No. 2 Ducks by the same score to reach the Final Four in Tampa.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison volleyball team swept Northwestern in three straight sets at home, reminiscent of its head-to-head against Northwestern less than three weeks ago in Evanston. While the overall outcomes were the same—a 3-0 sweep for the Badgers—the individual sets were much more competitive this time around.
The No. 9 University of Wisconsin-Madison volleyball team swept the University of Washington Huskies in three straight sets on Oct. 6, winning 25-8, 25-14 and 25-21. Washington entered the match with an undefeated 13-0 record before losing to the Badgers.
