The Wisconsin men's tennis team won a close match over Minnesota before falling 4-1 to the Hoosiers in the second round of the Big Ten Tournament. On the women's side, the Badgers were swept by Indian after beating Michigan State.
UW will play Minnesota-Michigan State winner Friday.
Both the men's and women's tennis teams came out on top of Michigan State this weekend.
Freshman Marek Michalicka leads the way for Badger tennis team.
All three UW seniors recorded two wins on the weekend.
Seniors Jeremy Sonkin, Nolan Polley and Felipe Bellido will play at Nielsen Tennis Stadium for the last time.
Coach remains confident, finds positives in losses.
The men's tennis team heads to Indiana and Ohio State this weekend while the women's team host the same schools at home.
