Andy Grammer show is full of smiles, heartwarming positivity

With hundreds of people out of their seats and dancing Tuesday night, the Barrymore Theatre was uplifted and roaring with cheer as purple, red and blue lights outlined the stage. Andy Grammer was performing on his “The Good Parts Tour,” which is raising money for breast cancer awareness in honor of his mother who passed away 10 years ago.

‘LINES’ showcases various obstacles people of color have faced, different lines that connect, construct their lives

Out of the eight different show times that the Theatre Lila is presenting the play “LINES: A Theatre Lila Invention” at the Overture Center, I was fortunate enough to gain perspective from it on Saturday night.

Though some of the crowd was with friends or significant others, each person still seemed to connect to the art that was right in front of them.
