A rundown of some potential all-star snugglers

Downtown Madison has a new business establishment that is getting national attention. The Snuggle House been talked about on “The Today Show” and in New York Magazine among other outlets and was subject to relentless skepticism about the services’ platonic nature. In the weeks since it opened, the House has proven it’s serious about touch therapy, and it appears that clients are showing up to partake, for the small fee of $60 an hour.

Getting used to my noisy neighbors

In a town like Madison, we do a lot of moving. Once we get tired of one place (or run out of rent money, let’s be honest), we’re off to the next shitty hole-in-the-wall apartment our parents kind of want to cry about when they visit. Diary from South by Southwest

Tuesday marked the first official day of the music portion of South by Southwest. The shows don’t start until the evening, but when they do get going, they don’t stop for quite some time. Before the music started, we had to pick up our wristbands in order to attend shows. While we were waiting, we ran into Cults, Yellow Ostrich and Brother Ali. We were starstruck, to say the least.

Interview—Carol Kolb and Joe Garden of The Onion

The current and former Editors in Chief of The Onion, Joe Garden and Carol Kolb respectively, spoke of the ins and outs of their satire news organization at the Wisconsin Union Theater on Monday evening. A part of the Distinguished Lecture Series, Garden and Kolb gave students not only the chance to learn of The Onion's print and multimedia workings, but, of course, a few laughs.
